WINE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Flaunt Wine Company. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older). For these reasons, we suggest shipping to a business address. Returned shipments will be charged return and reshipment fees. Wines purchased from Flaunt Wine Company are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

No minimum purchase is required.
States Authorized for Direct Shipments
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines directly to your state. By law we can legally ship wine to a limited number of states that include: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Unfortunately, Flaunt Wine Company cannot ship to the following states: AL, DE, KY, MS, RI and UT.
Shipping Policies and Costs
All shipping prices are for ground shipping. Please keep in mind that orders may take 2 – 5 business days to be processed, prior to shipping, regardless of selected shipping method. If faster delivery is required, please contact us at the address below to discuss shipping options and additional shipping charges. We cannot ship to PO boxes and are unable to deliver on weekends. For orders to be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us at dianna@flauntwinecompany.com to discuss shipping options and additional shipping prices.
Weather Holds
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We care deeply about the quality of our wines and want to make certain that you receive your wine in the best possible shape. In an effort to protect your investment, we monitor weather throughout the country on a daily basis and do not ship during times of extreme temperatures. Flaunt Wine Company may occasionally determine to hold shipments due to these extreme temperatures. This most frequently occurs between the months of June and September, but may happen at other times of the year, at our discretion. We will notify you when your wine is shipped.
Returns
Flaunt Wine Company guarantees the integrity of our Sparkling Wine. If you believe your wine is damaged, please contact us at dianna@flauntwinecompany.com within 30 days of receipt of your order to discuss possible resolution.
